Yashwantrao Chavan Garden

Fibreglass and iron replicas of the ‘seven wonders of the world’ in the Yashwantrao Chavan Garden, Shivdarshan area of Sahakarnagar.

Replicas of the Statute of Liberty, Great Pyramid of Giza, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Eiffel Tower, Coliseum of Rome, Stonehenge in England and the Taj Mahal would be set up in the garden.
The civic body would spend Rs2 crore on the project. The replicas would be installed around the jogging and cycling track of the garden.




“Replicas are made of fibreglass and iron, they would not erode after exposure to the elements.”
The famous Niagara Falls would also be set up at the garden. The replica garden would enhance the tourism quotient of the city.







 It is located at Shiv darshan area, Near mitra mandal chowk opposite to Rajiv Gandhi Academy of e-Learning ,Pune

Time: 6:00 a.m. To 9:00 a.m.  – 4:00 p.m. To 8:00 p.m.

No entry fee for visiting the garden.









Also there is a small- 30 seats - 4D theater named after Dadasaheb Phalke. The 4D shows are scheduled in the evening. As we visited in morning hrs,we did not get chance to see 4d-show in the theater. Heard that there is nominal entry fee for the show.
